He was charged with "Contempt" and sentenced 30 days in jail at Sekondi Takoradi Prisons. Nhyiraba Kojo served 14 days out of 30 days. He was denied bail twice but God answered his prayers, he was granted bail at the third attempt on Thursday, 11th May, 2023.
