Vodafone Ghana Music Awards’22 came off on Friday 6th and Saturday, 7th May, 2022 at the Grand Arena, Accra Conference Centre. It was night of fun and glamour hosted by Giovanni Caleb, Berla Mundi and Sika Osei.
Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) is one of the prestigious award ceremony in Ghana organized by Chatter House to honor song-writers, artistes, performers, music producers, etc.
On the night, Bhim Nation President, Stonebwoy causes anxiety about his performance. He delayed to show-up on stage for about 20minutes. People were having different perspectives. So many things were going through everyone’s mind. Some thought Stonebwoy is having issues with the organizers at the back stage others also thought it’s technical hitches.
In an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz Fm’s Morning Show dubbed “Day Break Hit” monitored by KP Promotions, Stonebwoy cleared the air on Monday, 9th May, 2022.
He stated, “actually that was plan to delay before I come on stage and it actually worked”
Stonebwoy has been off from VGMA stage for about four years for his ban with Shatta Wale and it was great comeback on VGMA Stage.
The award winning dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy wanted that kind of anticipation and that was exactly what he expected but fans were having weird perceptions but at the end it was an awesome performance.
