Basketball Legend: Kobe Bryant
American Basketball legend, Kobe Bryant has been confirmed died with five others in a helicopter crash in California on Sunday, 26th January, 2020.
The 41-year-old former LA Lakers star's private chopper crashed in Calabasas on Sunday, killing Bryant and four other close friends.
The chopper is said to have caught fire after going down, as emergency services battled in vain to save those on board.
Five people have been confirmed dead as a result of the crash, which is now under investigation.
Bryant's wife Vanessa is not believed to have been involved in the accident.
Koby Bryant enjoyed a glittering 20-year career with the Los Angeles during his prime.
