“Kayayo” is a brand new banger from Ghanaian musician and 2019 VGMA rapper of the year, Medikal which he featured Ahtitude, produced by Unckle Beatz.
In the viral video, the couple displayed some crazy dance moves and were searching for something to carry as the lyrics of the song suggest.
Medikal eventually carried his fiancé, Fella Makafui on his shoulder to exhibit how strong he is and with the impression, he owns her.
